Understanding Your Order Status


The following order status definitions will help you understand your order status better. If you are a registered member, you may view your Order Status under My Account or through the Order Tracking link. Click Here to login to your account or Click Here to go to the order tracking page.

Pending - Your order has been placed on the site, but items have yet to ship.

Partially Shipped - At least one item on your order has shipped and there are additional item(s) pending shipment.

Shipped - Every item on your order has shipped.

Cancelled - All items on your order were cancelled prior to shipment.

All shipping methods are completed on business days only, Monday-Friday. If a product you ordered is either out of stock or backordered you will be notified immediately by one of our customer service representatives. We will inform you of the expected shipping date as well as provide immediate updates if the date changes or if your order ships. To check the status of your order please call one of our customer service representatives at 877.405.4648 10:00AM to 5:00PM PST. We appreciate your patience and we will get these items to you as quickly as possible.
