How To Cancel Your Order
You may cancel your order at anytime as long as it has not entered the shipping process. Please call 877.405.4648 between the hours of 10:00AM-5:00PM PST within half an hour of order placement to do so. When calling to cancel your order please have your order number ready.
If a “shipping confirmation” e-mail has already been sent, you may return the order for a full refund after it arrives, using the instructions found in the box. Please call our Customer Service line at 877.405.4648 between the hours of 10:00AM-5:00PM PST before returning your order.
