How To Place An Order
Placing an order Racezero.com is easy. Just follow these simple steps.
Finding Products
You can browse racezero.com by using the category menu located on the right hand side of the screen. You may narrow your results by using the “Choose Your Car” drop down menu located on the upper right hand side of the page. For our advanced visitors you also have the ability to enter a part number in the “Enter Part Number” field located on the upper left hand side of the page. To access more information about a product, click on the image or the name of the product and you will be taken to the product detail page.
Using The Shopping Cart
To place a product in your shopping cart, select any product options that apply and quantity, and then click on the “add to cart” button located on the product detail page. Use the “Continue Shopping” button to continue browsing, or click the “Checkout” button to complete your order. You may access your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” link located in the upper right corner of every page. To adjust the quantity of a product in your shopping cart, change the number in the “Quantity” field of the shopping cart to the desired amount and click the “Update” button located below your shopping cart. To remove an item from your shopping cart enter a quantity of zero and click the “Update” button. Please note: an e-mail address is needed to place an order online. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can place your order with one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-877-405-4648.
Purchasing
When you’re ready to complete your order, be sure to review all items you’ve placed in your shopping cart. Adjust the quantities if needed and click the “Update” button located right below your shopping cart. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase click the “Checkout” button located below your shopping cart.
Customer Account
By creating a customer account you may store billing and shipping information for use with future purchases at racezero.com. Having a customer account makes ordering both faster and easier to place your orders. To learn more about customer accounts and other member benefits, click here.
Shipping and Billing
After clicking the “Checkout” button, you’ll need to provide your billing and shipping information. Your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Enter your shipping information and choose a payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. You can also ship and order to more than one address. Review and Place Your Order
Be sure to review all of the information you provided and make any necessary changes before clicking the “Submit” button. Your order will not be processed unless you click the “Submit” button. Once you place your order you will see a confirmation page with your order number. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail message.
